I bought Rocket 88 from Henry Yuille (River Ridge Kennels-Gladys, VA) in October of 2001 when he was a 3 month old pup. I haven't seen a Black and Tan yearbook since he died in 2003 so I'm not even sure if Mr. Yuille is still hunting and raising puppies or not.
As you can see from his pedigree below, he was heavily line-bred on Tennessee Fiddler. Sadly just as he was making a great young hound, he was killed and I was heartbroken. I am looking for any of his litter mates or any full brothers or sisters. There might not have been any more puppies past his litter because I believe Mr. Yuille told me that his sire went sterile. But I hold out hope that one of his litter mates is out there somewhere. I'd really love to own one again even though they would be 8 years old by now. I haven't done the UKC search but thought someone seeing this blog might know of litter mates. I know one sister (that I didn't buy and wished I had) went to TX.
